Due to financial regulations of our school, we have the following important notes for registration:
l Those who want to make early registration:
ü For mainland registrants: Either telegraphic transfer or online payment through our platform in CNY (RMB) is acceptable.
ü For oversea registrants: Only telegraphic transfer in US dollars is acceptable (but if you have CNY debit or credit card, you can pay online by our payment platform). That’s why previously some oversea registrants paid registration fee in CNY but got refunded by the bank, sorry for the inconvenience.
l Those who don’t need to make early registration can register on site and make payments by credit card or in cash.
Please note that at least one author should be registered for one paper, otherwise your paper would not be included in the proceedings. And the registration fees will not be refunded if registrants cannot attend due to their personal reasons in accordance with the conventions and financial regulations of international conferences.

Conference registration fees include refreshments, banquet, conference proceedings in USB flash drive, and GCCCE non-voting membership (June 2018 to May 2019).

Registration Process:
1. Make the payment via your bank. Registrants MUST make sure the Telegraphic Transfer remittance sufficiently cover both the registration fee and bank charge. Registrants will need to email the scanned copy of the telegraphic transfer receipt with the subject “GCCCE2018+ Paper ID + [name of participants])” to gccce2018@m.scnu.edu.cn after the Telegraphic Transfer payment.
2. Registrants MUST complete registration after Telegraphic Transfer payment at:

3. We recommend that you submit accommodation form on Page Accommodation via gccce2018_accom@163.com by 20 April to allow time for the hotels to calculate and confirm your reservation.

Registration Process:
1. Log on our payment platform http://pay.scnu.edu.cn/pay.html by providing your Paper ID (both input boxes are required to fill in, please confirm before you proceed). Click “Query” and you’ll see your code, and then click it and pay on the next page. As we generated the payment list in batch, you many find that the fee is incorrect. For instance, GCSCE member, or Student participant or more than one participants for one paper, etc. If so, please contact us via gccce2018@m.scnu.edu.cn to modify. Note that we’ve set the deadline to May 1, 2018 12:00 AM (GMT + 8), any payments after this point will be declined and we’ll update next payment period and amount according to the registration fees table.
